Dan's RV Pad

April 03, 20261 min read

This project involved constructing a concrete RV pad adjacent to an existing driveway in South Jordan, Utah. The pad extends beyond the existing fence line to accommodate an RV off the main driveway while maintaining clear boundaries with the neighboring property and existing structures.

The construction process started with preparing a compacted base framed by wooden forms for concrete placement. Concrete was then poured and finished with a smooth surface that maintains clean, straight edges and consistent thickness throughout the pad area, visible in the final photos.

Initial excavation and grading completed, with wooden forms set in place to define the RV pad boundaries along the fence and utility box.

Fresh concrete poured, screeded, and floated to a smooth finish, with clean edges aligned to the forms and adjacent fence and landscaping.
